EXPLANATIONS ABOUT REGISTRATIONS FOR MASTER'S WITH THESIS/WITHOUT THESIS AND DOCTORATE PROGRAMS

01-06 September 2021:       Announcement of Application Results for Graduate Programs and         

Definite Registrations of Successful (Principal) Students

07-13 September 2021:      Announcement and Definite Registrations of Students Who Succeeded from the Reserve List (With Thesis/Doctorate)

07-20 September 2021:       Announcement and Registrations of Students Who Succeeded from the Reserve List (Without Thesis M.Sc.)

Definite registration procedures for all programs of our institute will be carried out online by the student (from the address where the application was made https://basvuru.mehmetakif.edu.tr/ )..

Definite registration applications in person or by mail/e-mail are not accepted.

Candidates will be able to enter the specified web address and register online after receiving a message on their phones. (A candidate who does not receive a message on their mobile phone can log in again from the screen where they applied and check their status) Candidates who do not complete the definite registration process on the specified dates will lose their registration rights.

Reserve candidates must complete their definite registration procedures within the dates specified in the SMS sent to them as an information message. Similarly; reserve candidates who do not complete the definite registration process on the specified dates will lose their registration rights. Reserve quota SMSs will continue in the following days after the definite registrations of the principal candidates are completed. It is important for candidates to follow the SMS notifications and pay attention to the registration date ranges specified in the SMS. (A candidate who does not receive a message on their mobile phone can log in again from the screen where they applied and check their status)

On the day your student number arrives in your email, you need to fill out the "Advisor Request Form" located at https://ebe.mehmetakif.edu.tr/duyuru/5785/2021-2022-guez-yariyilinda-kayit-hakki-kazanan-oegrencilerimizin-dikkatine address by specifying your Department/Program and at least 3 faculty members and send it as an email to ebe@mehmetakif.edu.tr.

Candidates who have gained the right to definite registration in Non-Thesis Programs will deposit the semester tuition fee of 2.035.-TL (TWO THOUSAND THIRTY-FIVE TURKISH LIRA) to Vakıfbank with the student number notified to them by email on the online registration screen. IBAN number will not be used in tuition fee payments. A candidate who does not deposit the tuition fee into the bank account will be considered not to have completed the definite registration process.
