In the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, the students who have gained the right to final registration from the candidates who applied to the Graduate Programs, final registrations will be made in person at the Institute Student Affairs between October 05-07, 2020.
- Announcements and registrations of substitute students; will be made on October 08-09, 2020.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS;
- Final Registration Form (https://ebe.mehmetakif.edu.tr/form/207/402/oegrenci-formlari will be obtained from the address)
- Original and photocopy of the undergraduate diploma or graduation certificate
- Original and photocopy of the Master's Degree Diploma or graduation certificate (For Doctorate)
- Transcript showing undergraduate GPA (Certified copy-Transcript)
- Transcript showing Master's GPA (Certified copy-Transcript) (For Doctorate)
- ALES result document
- Foreign language (YDS or equivalent) document (In case the students who have gained the right to register for graduate programs do not have a YDS or equivalent score, the result document must be submitted to the Institute within 5 days until the end of working hours from the announcement of the YDS exam result held by ÖSYM on September 27, 2020.)
- Criminal record (e-Government Output)
- Copy or photocopy of identity card
- Military Service Certificate for Male Candidates (e-Government output)
- One (1) passport photo and CD recording (in jpeg. format)
NOTE: Candidates who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education abroad and are Turkish citizens; must bring the diploma equivalency certificate obtained from the Higher Education Council Presidency.
Points to consider in final registration;
1. Candidates who will submit documents on the final registration dates must apply to our relevant Institute in person or through a person they have given a notarized power of attorney. Registration will not be made with incomplete documents, online or by mail, and after the final registration period has expired.
2. Final registration documents will be checked by comparing them with the information obtained from the YÖKSİS database during registration, and if there is a discrepancy between the documents, the candidate's registration will not be made.
3. Except for non-thesis master's programs, since it is not possible to enroll in more than one graduate program at the same time, candidates who have gained the right to final registration must cancel their registration from other graduate programs they are enrolled in before enrolling in the graduate programs of our Institute. Candidates who are registered in another graduate program will not be registered.
4. Candidates who have incomplete documents and make false statements will have their final registration canceled even if it has been made.
5. Candidates who do not register on the specified dates will be deemed to have waived their rights.
